Once you have identified the digital contents and services, you wish to process through our exchange platform – please make the payment through the order page or payment link provided through our official email (if applicable).
Once the successful payment is made, write to us for delivery of sought digital contents / services.
Once you have made the payment, we may need maximum 3 working days to deliver you the digital contents and/or services (except for the advisory services, which may take delivery as per mutual understanding / communications etc).
For digital contents – we deliver pdf files through email (and/or download link). Our download link will be active only for 72 hours. In case, you have failed to download, we will not be responsible for your content. In case, you have difficulty in downloading, please write to us through our contact page for resolution.
There are no refund for advisory services and digital content too – have a very limited refund framework for the very nature of delivery.
REFUNDS FOR DELIVERED DIGITAL CONTENTS
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the only condition is poor readability of the contents (in english or hindi) and incompleteness of such digital content (unless disclosed prior to exchange).
Once you have reported us the complaint, we will try replacing such digital contents within 3 days. Else, will issue you credit for future exchange or will issue refund for India based customers.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Downloadable software products, if any
- Digital eBooks/Research papers / Contents through the exchange platform or buy (unless incomplete and of poor readability – subject to above policy framework)
To complete your refund/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund/exchange request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
